 Jessica is a dedicated barrister with a unique blend of experience and expertise. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her prior roles.

Prior to Jessica's call to the Bar, she undertook rigorous training and was accredited as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, demonstrating her commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of children.

Jessica is available to be briefed in all matters relating to family breakdown including: representing clients in mediation, parenting arrangements, property settlement, interim and final hearings, advices and contravention proceedings.

Jessica accepts briefs in Child Protection litigation for parents, intervening parties and Separate Representatives. She can assist with providing advice, attending family group meetings, court ordered conferences, interim and final hearings as well as administrative reviews. 

Jessica provides advice and representation in domestic violence proceedings including, applications for protection orders, applications to vary protection orders, appearances at mentions, interlocutory applications and final hearings.

Jessica has finalised all requirements for accreditation as a mediator with the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and is now available to provide family law mediation services. Jessica is unable to issue s 60i certificates.
